Here’s a quick reminder that the Bakery Fair 2013 is just two days away!

This year’s fair offers numerous demonstrations, seminars and competitions, along with the 400 booths which you can visit. It’s going to be a great venue for everyone to be exposed to the latest trends, developments, pieces of equipment, etc. in the food industry.

One great thing about this year’s Bakery Fair is the Steamed Bun Competition, which they’ll be holding for the first time. If you’re a fan of mantou and siopao like me, then this is something that you just don’t want to miss (It’s going to be on Day 1)!
The Bakery Fair opens this Thursday and will last until Saturday, from 10 in the morning until 7 in the evening. I will be there to check out what the people behind the event has to offer; I hope to see you guys there too. 🙂
