  21. Hello, haveatyou! My favorite dimsum would be the Steamed Cream Custard Buns with Salted Egg Yolk, just because it’s so hard to find!

So few dimsum places actually have it, while a lot of restaurants have Linyong Pao. Whenever I try to order some Steamed Cream Custard Buns with Salted Egg Yolk, I describe it to the waiter but they always end up serving me Linyong Pao instead πŸ™ So I’ve stopped looking for Steamed Cream Custard Buns with Salted Egg Yolk.

I’m so happy to know that Steamed Cream Custard Buns with Salted Egg Yolk is available at Crystal Jade! I would totally stuff myself with it at that dimsum buffet! I can imagine the filling now, oozing with oily, orange salted duck egg yolk!

  22. Hakao !!<3

  23. Deep- Fried Shrimp & Shredded Chicken Spring Rolls of course! Getting hungry now… πŸ™‚

  28. Definitely “Deep-fried Shrimp” and “Shredded Chicken Spring Rolls”. Can’t wait to taste these again. Arrgggh.
Also wanna try their Hakao. A lot of peeps say it’s so yummy.

  29. Hi! When being asked about my favorite DimSum, I will never ever betray my forever love Xiao Long Bao. πŸ™‚ Just as how it surprised me with its rich broth plus pork fillings, and for the first time I experienced the ‘Love at first Taste’ that until now it never dies!

I can’t imagine how people can create this dish since it’s really complicated, but I’m still thankful that because of them, like Crystal Jade, we have the opportunity to taste this awesome soup dumpling!

Wahhhhhhh!!! I can imagine myself meticulously picking it up with my chopsticks and placing it over my spoon. Then, I’d poke a small hole on it, and watch how the warm rich broth oozes out before savouring it!
